• **Sacred Space Discussions**: Journeyers can use our chat feature to engage in real-time discussions with like-minded individuals on the topics of self-discovery, spiritual connection, and self + soul care. This communication allows for sharing and learning from diverse experiences and beliefs, fostering an open-minded and supportive community atmosphere. ***Available with Community Journey and Journey 1, 2, and 3 plans***
• **Share Your Experiences**: Journeyers are encouraged to share posts about their experiences connecting with themselves and Spirit in the Community Hearth space. This could include pictures, poetry, nature experiences, or anything else. One of the most important parts of healing and self-discovery work is to share what you're experiencing to find validation for yourself and provide encouragement to others. ***Available with Community Journey and Journey 1, 2, and 3 plans***
• **Guidance from Jen**: Simple-to-use resources and tools will appear in the Community Hearth space a couple of times a week to provide encouragement and specific ways for you to engage with your self + soul.

• **A Few Moments for YOU Daily Energy Prompts**: These simple prompts can help you engage in consistent self-discovery and learn more about connecting with universal energies. You will also have access to more information about moon cycles and Mayan cosmology if you want to deepen your understanding. These prompts are distilled from my engagement with universal energy, based on the moon cycles, Mayan cosmology, and my intuition. ***Available with Journey 1, 2, and 3 plans***
• **Take Five Practices**: All the practices in this space take five minutes or less, helping you create space in your day for yourself even if you don’t have a lot of time or motivation. You’ll find quick visualizations, breathing and energy practices, peaceful nature audio and video, and more. ***Available with Journey 1, 2, and 3 plans***
• **Tools, Resources, and Practices**: Learn about yourself using tools like guided journey meditations, writing exercises, visualizations, embodied practices, and more - at your own pace. These resources are created through my direct connection with Spirit and enhanced by my knowledge of Shamanic Reiki energy work, Tarot, nature, chakras, and more. Use them when and how they best work for you! ***Available with Journey 2 and 3 plans***
• **Personal Monthly Energy Forecasts**: Personal forecasts are designed to motivate, inspire, and provide practical guidance about your current experience and how you can work with it. They also provide a consistent checkpoint to help you stay on the path you want to follow on your journey. These are audio-recorded, and a link to your recording, housed privately on Google Drive, will be sent via personal chat or email. ***Available with Journey 3 plan***
